A gunman who once plowed his car into a Trump voter registration drive is accused of shooting a wheelchair-bound Washington man in the chest at point-blank range for allegedly stealing valor.
The Seattle Police Department says that a man was shot in the head while in an apartment complex on Saturday evening.
Timm is being held on $750,000 bail on felony assault charges after police said he fired a gun on Alaskan Way, striking a 68-year-old man who was injured.
