A gunman who once plowed his car into a Trump voter registration drive is accused of shooting a wheelchair-bound Washington man in the chest at point-blank range for allegedly stealing valor.

The Seattle Police Department says that a man was shot in the head while in an apartment complex on Saturday evening.

Timm is being held on $750,000 bail on felony assault charges after police said he fired a gun on Alaskan Way, striking a 68-year-old man who was injured.

The incident happened on July 31 near 1101 Alaskan Way in downtown Seattle. According to charges filed on Aug 5., Gregory William Timm, 32, claimed the victim, a 68-year-old man in a wheelchair, was pretending to be a member of the military in public.

A 22-year-old woman is in serious condition after a West Seattle shooting. Investigation underway by Seattle Police.
