The deputy reported that he stabbed a suspected impaired driver during a "physical altercation," who's been identified as Marc Fogle, 54, from Clackamas.
Marc Fogle died from "multiple stab wounds of torso" by an officer, according to the Clark County Medical Examiner's Office, which ruled the death a homicide. Skip Navigation.
