The driver, identified this week as 54-year-old Marc Fogle of Clackamas, was visibly impaired. Video of the incident released by CCSO comes from Deputy Bryson Layton.

The deputy reported that he stabbed a suspected impaired driver during a "physical altercation," who's been identified as Marc Fogle, 54, from Clackamas.

Marc Fogle died from "multiple stab wounds of torso" by an officer, according to the Clark County Medical Examiner's Office, which ruled the death a homicide. Skip Navigation.
