Police in Oregon are searching for a 2-year-old boy who went missing from his home's front yard, and hundreds of volunteers have turned out to join the effort, according to law enforcement.

A massive and desperate search continued Monday for Dane Paulson an Oregon toddler last seen playing in his family’s front yard two days earlier.

Authorities are entering the third day of searching for a 2-year-old boy who went missing while playing outside his rural Oregon home. Dane Paulsen was last seen in the front yard of his residence north of Siletz, Ore., on Saturday, March 1, at approximately 4:25 p.m. local time, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office said on Sunday, March 2.
