Someone can be heard yelling a racial slur in new footage of the viral Cincinnati beatdown. So far, four suspects have been arrested and are facing charges.

The latest arrest came just hours after Mayor Aftab Pureval and other city leaders held a press conference on Aug. 1 to address crime and concerns.
