Diogo Jota and his brother, Andre Silva, will be laid to rest on Saturday in a funeral service in Porto, Portugal, after the car crash that led to their tragic death this week

Mohamed Salah has posted a tribute to Diogo Jota and his brother Andre Silva. On X he wrote: I am truly lost for words. Until yesterday, I never thought there would be something that would frighten me of going back to Liverpool after the break.

On Friday, July 4, family members and Jota's wife Rute attended a private wake at Sao Cosme Chapel, with the main service taking place at 10am on July 5 at the Igreja Matriz de Gondomar Catholic church.
