Retired CIA official Susan Miller, an author of the agency’s 2017 intelligence report on Russian election meddling, is vowing to fight any potential criminal charges brought by the Trump administration.

A former CIA officer who helped investigate Russian election interference denied Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard’s claim that the Obama administration cooked up intelligence on Russia to undermine Trump’s 2016 election win.

Sen. Adam Schiff and President Donald Trump are continuing their feud over Russia collusion claims as the DOJ forms a strike force to assess evidence unearthed by Tulsi Gabbard.

"We definitely had the intel," Susan Miller, who helped oversee the 2017 intelligence assessment of Russia's efforts in the 2016 election, told NBC News.

Among the Russian intelligence was what Gabbard described as “high-level Democratic National Committee emails that detailed evidence of Hillary’s, quote: ‘psycho emotional problems, uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression and cheerfulness” and that then Secretary Clinton was allegedly on a daily regimen of heavy tranquilizers.
