Mr Yakubu said the commission was concerned with the various interpretations given to the provision of Section 65 of the Electoral Act 2022 on the review of election results.

Mr Abutu, who served as chief judge of the Federal High Court from September 2009 to March 2011, died at 79 on 3 June.
