The alligator named Morris, most known for his role in "Happy Gilmore", has died at the Colorado Gator Farm in the San Louis Valley of Colorado.

The gator was known for his work in popular films such as Happy Gilmore. He has been at a sanctuary in Colorado since his retirement in 2006.

The 640-pound, 11-foot gator memorably played a golf-ball-stealing, hand-chomping terror in the 1996 Adam Sandler film.
