Evacuation orders have been issued for a town in western Oklahoma, and thousands of people are without power as a strong windstorm moves through the state.

As wildfires rage throughout the state, KOCO 5 Field Meteorologist Michael Armstrong was at the scene where several hay bales and a tree caught fire in Logan County.

Officials with Logan County Emergency Management are asking residents to report if their home was lost in Friday’s wildfires.
