Former Vol Dalton Knecht scored 19 points for the Lakers. He out-scored teammate LeBron James. James finished the contest with 17 points in 36 minutes. Knecht converted 7-of-10 field goal attempts and 5-of-8 three-point attempts. He also totaled four rebounds and two steals in 25 minutes.

The Clippers have lost four of their last five, and despite having one of the league's top defenses, got exposed by the Lakers on Friday. Lakers superstars Luka Doncic and LeBron James combined for 59 points in their win over the Clippers, while no other Laker scored in double digits.
