KFC is bringing back fan-favorite menu options after ‘thousands of social media comments and petition signatures,’ the company says.

KFC is bringing back Potato Wedges and Hot & Spicy Wings nationwide on August 18, answering fan demand and aiming to boost sales.

First introduced in the mid-1990s, KFC’s thick-cut Potato Wedges became a menu item favorite, earning what the company described as a “cult status in the late 1990s and early 2000s.” The company discontinued the wedges in 2020, much to fans’ displeasure.
