Jeffrey Sperbeck was fatally injured when he fell out of a golf cart driven by friend and business partner John Elway in what was determined to be an accident.

Sperbeck, 62, died April 30 from “blunt head trauma" after falling from the back of a golf cart driven by Elway as they were at the Madison Club in La Quinta, California on April 26.
