25 Passengers on Delta Flight Hospitalized After ‘Significant Turbulence’
Twenty-five passengers were hospitalized after a Delta Air Lines flight encountered “significant turbulence” on Wednesday. The flight, DL56, was headed from Salt Lake City to Amsterdam but had to be diverted to Minneapolis-St. Paul, according to a statement from Delta.

Twenty-five people were taken to hospital after a Delta Airlines flight was hit with extreme turbulence. The Airbus A330-900, travelling from Salt Lake City to Amsterdam, was forced to divert, landing at Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport.
