BALTIMORE — Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who reunited with his family last week after 160 days apart following his mistaken deportation to El Salvador, was taken into ICE custody Monday after an immigration check-in, his attorney said.

His attorneys have accused the Trump administration of coercion and said he could be deported to Uganda as soon as Wednesday.

Kristi Noem said deportation proceedings for Kilmar Abrego Garcia were being processed after he reported to the ICE facility.
