Nebraska has hired New England Patriots staffer Patrick Stewart as the team's general manager, according to CBS Sports' Brandon Marcello. Stewart, who just finished his 13th year in New England across multiple stints, most recently served as the Patriots' director of player personnel during the 2024 season.

It's hard to say Young established himself as a future star, but at least the Panthers go into this offseason knowing who their QB will be next season. That allows the Panthers to focus on other areas of the roster.

Carolina Panthers coach Dave Canales and general manager Dan Morgan held press conferences at the NFL Scouting Combine on Tuesday. Canales fielded one question about quarterback Bryce Young. Morgan didn’t face any. Young already answered the questions over the second half of the 2024 NFL season.
