Police found a woman’s body inside the trunk of a car when a pursuit ended in a crash Tuesday night in El Cajon

Police officers and a San Diego-based helicopter stopped a suspected kidnapper and made a shocking discovery in his trunk.

A crash during a police chase ended with the discovery of a woman’s body in the vehicle’s trunk, California cops reported. Officers began pursuing a black Hyundai Sonata that had reportedly been involved in a possible kidnapping at 4:55 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25, El Cajon police said in a news release.
