The Dallas Cowboys have completed a virtual interview with Philadelphia offensive coordinator Kellen Moore in the first formal step in the search to replace former coach Mike McCarthy.

Kelln Moore joined the Eagles staff this past offseason and his offense finished the season ranked No. 8 in total offense, No. 7 in scoring and No. 2 in rushing.

The Eagles could be looking for their fourth different offensive coordinator in as many seasons, as Kellen Moore continue to generate buzz in this year's hiring cycle.
