LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Witnesses described a chaotic scene in which three people were shot and killed outside of a Kentucky driver's license office, including one man shot multiple times by masked assailants.
The area received multiple inches of rainfall which led to flooding over roadways in every western Kentucky county in the WSIL region. Over the past several days, the list of flooded roadways are diminishing. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says the flooding is crossing roadways, which is impacting motorists.
