“The Basics of Selling on eBay” will be the topic of a free presentation sponsored by the Friends of the Mindoro Community Library at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 18 at the Farmington Town Hall.

I've sold things on eBay for 25 years now, and I've always taken a little pride in making sure my listings were perfect -- especially the descriptions.

Once eBay recognizes the product, it should fill in a basic description, stock photos, and suggest a starting price based on historical data and predictive analysis.
