European Union leaders have urged U.S. President Donald Trump to defend their security interests at Friday's summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the war in Ukraine.

It has been claimed that Kyiv is “ready” to give territory away to Vladimir Putin which is currently occupied by Russian forces. This is part of a plan to try and end the war, the US President has said that will try to “get back” some of Ukraine’s territory, specifically naming “oceanfront property” from Russia.
