The Cleveland Browns did what no other NFL team was willing to do through four full rounds of April’s draft — they selected Shedeur Sanders. If Sanders was going to land in Cleveland, the expectation was that it would be in the first or second round.

Kenny Pickett, Shedeur Sanders and Dillon Gabriel are all technically battling for a roster spot, although more and more momentum has been building that the Browns could potentially keep all four quarterbacks on their roster.

Cleveland Browns fans should steel themselves for the withering mockery, criticism and derision that will come prior to the start of the football season. Not much is expected of the Browns and assorted predictions reflect that reality.
