Democrat Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz said Monday that former Vice President Kamala Harris picked him as her running mate to “code talk to white guys.” Walz said during a Harvard Kennedy School forum that he was the “permission structure” for white males in rural areas to vote for the Democratic ticket.
