The Fortnite maker might return the hit game to the Apple marketplace next week if Apple removes its App Store fees worldwide.

A District Court found that Apple willfully violated the court order in Epic Games v. Apple suit. "Fortnite" will return to the U.S. iOS App Store.

The order Wednesday could be a final nail in the nearly five-year antitrust case between Apple and the Cary video game developer.
