NC activists react to Biden’s federal death row commutations
RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) – In a historic move early Monday, President Joe Biden commuted the federal death sentences of 37 people, leaving only three people on federal death row.
Biden had issued a moratorium on most federal executions when he came into office. Only three federal inmates remain on death row, they face either terrorism or mass murder convictions.
