Rick Spielman has joined the front office of the New York Jets. Spielman, 62, was hired in a new position created which is called a senior football advisor. Considering the unknowns about something like that… what exactly Spielman does for the team is a pretty good question right about now.

Ukraine received the first Mirage 2000 fighter jets promised by France on Thursday, French Armed Forces Minister Sébastien Lecornu said, giving the country its second type of Western aircraft in addition to F-16 jets handed over by allies last year.
