Flash flood warnings issued for Wayne, Oakland counties amid heavy rain
The communities in Oakland and Wayne County affected by the flash flood warning until 11:15 p.m. include Livonia, Southfield, Novi, Canton, Northville, Westland, Farmington Hills, Farmington, Plymouth and Redford, according to the weather service.
