The cause of the Meridian fire which sparked Thursday has been ruled as accidental, according to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office. The fast-moving fire is 80% contained as of 9:45 a.m. Friday, per an update from the Sheriff's Office.

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is asking for help in finding a teen girl who has been missing for nearly a month.
