CC Sabathia was officially inducted into the Hall of Fame on Sunday helping to headline a class also including Ichiro Suzuki, Billy Wagner, Dave Parker and Dick Allen.

Lefty starter CC Sabathia, outfielder Ichiro Suzuki, and lefty reliever Billy Wagner were voted into the Hall of Fame by the Baseball Writers Association of America. First baseman Dick Allen and outfielder Dave Parker were voted into Cooperstown by the Hall of Fame's Classic Baseball Era Committee.

Vallejo native CC Sabathia was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame on Sunday, as he gave homage to his hometown and paid special tribute to the “wise and caring" women in his life.
